TRANSFERS
If you’re arriving and departing on the main key dates (which are arriving in Nadi, Tuesday 18 April and Departing Nadi Saturday 22 April), transfers to and from the airport will be organised. However, if you arriving and departing on any other dates, please organise your airport transfer here or alternatively taxi’s are available at the airport.
FLIGHTS
Fiji is currently a very popular destination for families travelling for school holidays, especially after all the travel restrictions. Therefore, we urge you to book your flights as a priority to ensure that you secure the best flight options available.
For your information, below we have prepared various carriers from major departure locations.
A thing to note is that several airlines are still in a transition stage of dealing with various degrees of COVID restrictions, as a result a number of flights are being over sold or cancelled.
It’s best to plan ahead and be prepared when travelling as the conference is in peak times. Also make sure you allow yourself flexibility for your flight departures, however, considering the changes in travel restriction it could be a different scenario in early 2023.
Please book your own travel insurance and ensure that it includes a COVID cancellation clause in the policy.
Closer to the time of the conference we will be advising COVID protocols for your arrival in Fiji.
