Geoff is the General Manager and Business Development Tsar at Crucial Dimensions. He is both a skilled facilitator, with intimate knowledge of the Crucial Learning's product set, and an experienced client manager. His business prowess has been honed over many years working with the very senior levels of numerous large organisations.
In addition to his business, consulting and training expertise, Geoff regularly presents to an array of audiences on topics such as, the creation of high performance teams, speaking up with confidence and building accountability. His audiences range from small executive retreats to large conferences, in a variety of industries from healthcare, security, retail and construction through to pharmaceuticals and not for profits.
Geoff also has good practical experience helping leaders assess their cultures to identify where employees are frequently avoiding the crucial conversations. He has successfully implemented Crucial Conversations Training in many organizations, helping employees learn to speak up about all manner of issues, including business performance, leadership, quality and safety.
Ngahi Bidios
Ngahihi o te ra Bidois is “The Face of New Zealand” and is an award winning International Leadership Speaker, author, businessman, leader, husband and father. He has presented throughout the world including the New York office of Google.
Ngahi is a recipient of the National Professional Speakers Association New Zealand Speaker of the Year, Inspirational Speaker of the Year and Master of Ceremonies of the year Awards.
He also has a Marketing Business degree, a post graduate teaching diploma, a tourism qualification, a Certificate in Company Direction and a Masters in Education with honours. Ngahi has many years of Leadership experience which he brings to his presentations. His presentation is entitled “Ancient Wisdom, Modern Solutions” and he will outline wisdom from his Maori culture and others as Modern day solutions to help you.
Tim Reardon, Chief Economist
Tim Reardon joined HIA in 2004 as the Executive Director Government Relations working on the Housing Affordability summit in the lead up to the federal election. Tim then took on the role of Executive Director Tasmania until 2007. During this time a builders licensing regime was introduced including reforms to home owners warranty and HIA warded off an increase in energy efficiency standards in new homes.
After leaving HIA, Tim then represented the automotive manufacturers during the industry review of 2008 gaining $4.8 billion in industry assistance. He represented the electricity generators through the introduction and repeal of the carbon price in 2012 and also worked as a consultant for a number of other industry groups and companies on federal policy matters.
Tim re-joined HIA as Chief Economist in 2017, heading up the HIA Economics team.
Vince Sorrenti
Vince Sorrenti is one of Australia’s most successful and popular comics. For the past 2 decades he has been the entertainer of choice at the nation’s leading corporate, benefit, sporting, political, conference, and social events. His excellence and experience on stage see him hosting and speaking at over 200 events per year.

In 2018 alone he has hosted and spoken at events in Aspen Colorado, Queenstown New Zealand, Bangkok, Singapore and Los Angeles CA, as well as every city in Australia many times over.
