General Child Minding and Nanny Service

Side by Side – Kids Club
Opening Hours 8am to 8pm

Children over 4 years

Booking. $6 per hour per child.
No need to book – just turn up and register your child (charges will go back to your room). 

Children under 4 years (nanny service)

$30 per hour (first three hours) then $10 per hour after.
Minimum 2 hours notice is required. 
Payments to be made directly to the nanny.
Option of being in guest room or at the kids club.

Welcome Night – (Tuesday 18 April)

There will be an individual area for organised children’s activities on the Welcome Night. The area will be set up and staffed just 50metres from the venue (Tatavu within the Sheraton resort)
Children 4 years and over the cost is discounted at only $5 per child per hour (6pm to 10pm), no need to book – just turn up and register.

Children under 4 years nanny services are required (cost as per above)
As per registration, dinner will be provided alongside the event.

Dress Up Night – (Wednesday 19 April) 

This is an outside event at the Golf & Racquet Club – only a 4 minute walk from the hotel.
Onsite activities are organised in a staffed designated kids area.
Charges will apply as per child minding and nanny services above.
Children 4 years there is no need to book – just turn up and register.
Children under 4 years nanny services are required (cost as per above)
As per registration, dinner will be provided alongside the event. 

Awards Evening – (Friday 21 April)

The Awards Evening is taking place at the Sheraton, we have organised for the kids club to remain open until 10pm, and dinner will be available.
Charges will apply as per child minding and nanny services above, and additional for a meal.
Children 4 years there is no need to book – just turn up and register.
Children under 4 years nanny services are required (cost as per above)
