FIVE REASONS WHY YOUR COMPANY SHOULD SPONSOR AND ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE

In case you still need more convincing, here are 5 reasons why sponsorship makes good marketing sense for your company:

  1. High visibility - Your company name, logo and product on all official conference materials. After four days of conferencing, everyone will know your company name.
  2. High involvement - Fantastic opportunities to get even more involved and further promote your brand through sponsoring social events and speakers or through speaking opportunities in conference sessions.
  3. Hands-on produce experience - Use the trade display to provide delegates with hand-on experiences with your products and achieve direct sales and sales leads.

SPONSOR GUIDELINES: Exposure in the conference digital program. Promotional materials and publications ins subject to confirmation of sponsorship prior to print deadlines. To maximise exposure, please confirm your participation by the earliest possible date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO GAIN THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SPONSORSHIP

  • Company Logo - All sponsors will be required to supply a high-resolution company logo.Please supply in CMYK vector format, preferably as a EPS or illustrator file with all text outlined.Please email your company logo to spevi@synergyevents.com.au.
  • Trade Stands - Trade sponsors will be allocated an area within the conference foyer space. Your stand will be approximately 1.8 metres x 0.7 metres (1.35 metres squared). Each area will be supplied with a trestle table with table cloth, two chairs and a power outlet. Additional Items such as powerboard, furniture or audio visual equipment can be arranged at an additional cost. Please email: spevi@synergyevents.com.au for a cost estimate.
  • Trade Displays, Materials, Delivery and Collection - All sponsors trade material or display items can only arrive at the Pullman on 7th January 2020 and must be collected from the Pullman no later than 15th January 2020. Not Covered in your sponsorship fee:

  • No airfares, transfers to or from the conference venue are included in any sponsorship package.
  • No accommodation prior, during or after the conference is included in any sponsorship package.
  • All sponsors are responsible for getting their promotional material, stands and products to and from the conference venue.
Travel Insurance: Every sponsor is required to obtain their own travel insurance covering; travel, belongings and health for the duration of the conference. We recommend taking out travel insurance as soon as your book your sponsorship.

Cancellation Policy: All fees will be forfeited if sponsorship or registrations are cancelled within 90 days prior to the 12 January conference commencement date. To apply for cancellation to any sponsorship packages, please email: Hannah.OBrien642@schools.sa.edu.au
